Our ATOL (Air Travel Organiser's Licence) protects you from losing your money or being stranded abroad. Should an ATOL holder fail before you travel you will receive a full refund or should you be on holiday when an ATOL holder fails, the Civil Aviation Authority will ensure you can complete your trip and return to the UK.
The Civil Aviation Authority regulates the tour operators they license and requires them to take part in the financial guarantee scheme managed by the Air Travel Trust (ATT) which provides the funds to protect you.
Because we hold an ATOL licence (no. 2323), any package holiday, which includes flight and accommodation, booked through us is protected. When you pay for a Villa Plus package holiday, either online or by phone, you will receive an ATOL Certificate which you should take with you on holiday.

Along with all this we also have dedicated, friendly, bi-lingual, very experienced and knowledgeable in-resort teams. Our Villa Representatives are there to make sure everything is in order and to give you peace of mind. We know that things don't always go quite as expected during a villa holiday but our very own staff are only a phone call away. To get you on your way, we're asking for just a 10% deposit on villa-only bookings. This helps you budget for your break and you won't have to pay your full balance until 12 weeks before you go (of course, if you're travelling within 12 weeks of booking the full amount will need to be paid.).Pay just £102.50pp deposit on your flight inclusive holiday (subject to airline)
For a flight inclusive package most airlines will ask for the full flight cost upfront as part of the deposit, however TUI (formerly known as Thomson) only require a deposit of £102.50pp (including your ATOL protection.) Deposits vary from airline to airline, however you’ll be able to see the deposit required as you go through the booking process.
The full balance will be payable 12 weeks before you go, or at time of booking if travelling within 12 weeks.
